Wisconsin @GovWalker plans to cut 29,000 from Medicaid in budget

Scott Walker continues his assault on the poor and working poor by proposing to drop a further 29,000 at-risk kids from Medicaid due to his ideological (and illogical) position that pushing families into debt will encourage them to get themselves out of poverty.
