Scott Walker's New Ad on Jobs Jumps the Gun

How exactly did Scott Walker put together his new ad, 'Jobs,' for release today despite the fact that the ink is barely dry on the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's article on the hastily concocted figures from Wisconsin's Department of Workforce Development?

I'll tell you how - this is a ruse.  This has been the plan all along - to direct every available administrative resource towards getting Walker reelected, no matter how devious.  Remember, he is not supposed to be using his office to run for reelection, nor is anyone he supervises in government.

Oh and another thing, is he really saying 'Gub'ner' or is he saying 'Gub'ment?'  I can't tell.
