This quote sums up my opinion:

He has had three times what is legally allowed to review them and he is claiming that we had an easier task collecting signatures in the snow than he did,” said Mike Tate, chairman of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin. “And now, after months of hearing about supposed fraud, they can’t give us one — not one — fraudulent signature. I think the charade is up.”
